How do I access the pricing?
SmallDiamonds.ca is a "member-only" wholesale website, we invite you to create an account to access pricing and order diamonds. It is important to provide as much information as possible. Your application will be manually reviewed within 1 business day, please note our wholesale specialist may contact you for additional information.

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order required. 

Are the carats estimated?
Yes we estimate the carat numbers for every stone size. The actual exact carat weight will vary depending on miniscule variations in carat for every stone. Rest assured that any time when the shipped total carat weight doesn’t match up with our approximated carat weight, we will refund you the difference on your credit card!

What do I do if I made an error while ordering?
No worries! Just reach out via email or through our toll free number on our Contact Us page. We will be happy to correct your order immediately.

Can I return only a part of my order?
Yes, you have up to 7 days to return all or part of your order.

After I return a package, do I receive credit back?
Yes, you will receive a store credit to be able to use in a future order.

Is it safe to order diamonds on SmallDiamonds.ca?
Yes! Ordering diamonds online with us is even safer and more reliable than ordering diamonds over the phone. All of the information you submit is encrypted by HTTPS & SSL technologies - the most secure way of sending information online. Ordering online has an added benefit - it eliminates the chance of mishearing your order or pricing information that can occasionally happen during a phone order.
